Participant Information
We are inviting you to join us for a one-day event. The mission of New Bedford Connect is to rally service providers and volunteers to create lasting solutions for individuals and families in our communities experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless. The Homeless Service Providers Network of New Bedford in collaboration with Rise Up for Homes are organizing this event.
Why Participate? By participating, you will be raising awareness of the services you provide in the community and extending the opportunity for the homeless to connect with these services. The goal of New Bedford Connect is to provide easy access to services and resources that support the transition of the City’s homeless off the streets and/or shelters and into housing.
Event Date: Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 9AM- 1PM at YMCA, 25 South Water Street, New Bedford
How to Participate? Please complete the Participant Information form below. Please provide one form for each individual program from which your agency plans to provide services. The information is important for planning purposes, especially for those agencies providing a wide range of services and information.
We will provide 1 skirted table and 2 chairs for you on the day of the event.
